Please note the following Terms &Conditions :-

1. Minimum 25% advance (Non-Refundable) shall be paid at the time of booking the party. Balane 75% shall be paid 24 hours before the start of fuction for minimum guaranteed guests. Any additional expenses will hav to be paid at the time of request only.

2. Chindren upto 5 years of age or maximum 34" height are free, 5-10 of age are half counted , 10 years and above are fully counted.

3. We count No. of persons only. We don't count No. of plates.

4. Government Taxes Extra as applicable.

5. 3% Service changes is extra chargeable on Total Amount Paid

6. All the payments to be made in Cash / Bank DD only. If Bank Draft then it is to be made i favour of M/s.ATL Hotels Pvt Ltd.

7. Damages caused to the Hall or equipements by the guests will be charged to Host.

8. Car parking is at owner's risk and the management of Petal takes no responsibility of cars or the valuable inside.

9. Liquor will be served only on procurement of valid license (issued by the excise department). The host is responsible for procuring the license. The Liquor will be served strictly as per the timings on the liquor license

10. No banned items shall be served / permitted to be served in the Banque either by the caterer or by the caterer or by host.

11. Guest / Host are responsible for their own person / properties / valuables etc. in all circumstances.

12. No Discounts shall be given in case of breakdown on A/c of Electicty / Generator / Air Conditions / Kitchen Equipments etc.

13. No music is allowed after 11 P.M.

14. Outside DJ / Flower Work / Theme Work is not allowed.

15. Band / Dhol are not allowed inside the banquet.

16. Smoking inside the hall is strictly prohibited.

17. Breakfast / Brunch 8.00 A.M. to 10.00 A.M. Lunch 1.00 P.M. to 3.00 P.M. (Hall to be vacted by 4.00 P.M. sharp) Snacks ---------- 4.00 P.M. to 6.00 P.M. Dinner 7.00 P.M. to 12.00 A.M.

18. A.C. Station shall be switched off at 3.30 P.M. in the lunch and at 12.00 midnight in dinner.

19. Foods served is only for consumption in PETAL BANQUET and packaging is not permitted.

20. Rights of amission to PETAL BANQUET are reserved by the management.

21. Disputes, if any shall be referred to the Community Welfare Banquet Association, Delhi for arbitration in accordance with the Jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.

22. Payments for the minimum number of guest booked by customer will be charged even if number of guest is less than the minimum guaranteed number. Also guests exceeding the minimum guarantee will be charged respectively.
